GGPO
GGPO is a low-latency networking library that is implemented into the Final Burn arcade emulator.
In other words : Play arcade fighters online with minimal lag.

Note : Any roms that are in .rars need to be extracted. The zips that are inside the rars do not need to be extracted. Just throw the zips in the GGPO/roms/ directory.
Note 2 : You can use the emulator offline by running ggpofba.exe in the ggpo directory.
